🚨 We're Hiring | Tender Business Development Manager (Tender BDM) 🚨
📍 Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Onsite)

Skyline Infraworld Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Tender Business Development Manager to strengthen our business development and government procurement team. If you have a strong background in tender management, GeM Portal operations, and client relationship management, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Identify and track business opportunities through Government and Private Sector tenders.
✔ Manage the complete tender lifecycle, including bid identification, documentation, compliance, preparation, submission, and post-award follow-up.
✔ Handle end-to-end GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal operations, including bid participation, reverse auctions, product/service listings, order management, contract execution, invoicing, and payment tracking.
✔ Attend pre-bid meetings, client meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and negotiations with Government departments, consultants, and private clients to build and strengthen business relationships.
✔ Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance, and legal teams to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with Government agencies, PSUs, consultants, development authorities, and private clients to generate new business opportunities.
✔ Monitor tender pipelines, competitor activities, and market trends while maintaining tender MIS and management reports.
Key Requirements
🎓 MBA is Mandatory (Marketing, Business Development, Operations, or equivalent).
✅ 3–6 years of experience in Tender Management and Business Development.
✅ Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, CPPP, State e-Tender Portals, and other Government procurement platforms.
✅ Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, or EPC industry will be preferred.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tender documentation.
