Role Description The Tender Executive will manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying relevant government and private sector tenders, collecting and reviewing tender documents, and tracking submission timelines. Responsibilities include preparing and compiling technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal departments for required data and approvals, and ensuring all submissions comply with legal, financial, and technical requirements. The role involves maintaining tender databases, monitoring portals for new opportunities, updating bid status reports, and supporting post-tender clarifications and negotiations. The Tender Executive will also assist in drafting standard documentation, improving tender templates, and supporting audit and compliance requirements related to bids. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in tender management, including tender search, document review, bid preparation, and submission coordination.
- Proficiency in documentation and compliance, such as preparing technical/commercial proposals, ensuring adherence to regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
- Capability in data analysis and reporting, including tracking tenders, preparing status reports, and using spreadsheets or tender management tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and technical teams and to respond to client queries.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of contracts, commercial terms, and government/procurement processes; experience in service or facility management sectors is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field; relevant experience in tender or bid roles is preferred.
- Comfort with on-site work in Bengaluru South and willingness to learn about pest management services and industry standards.
