Job Title: Tender Executive – Drone & Defence Procurement
Location: Noida, India (On-site)

We're specifically looking for someone with an engineering background who has hands-on GeM portal experience — not just tender coordination, but someone who has actually listed engineering/technical products on GeM and run the process end to end. If that's you, read on.
IRS is a deep-tech drone and robotics company based in Noida, working on strategic projects across defence and government sectors. We're hiring a Tender Executive to own our tender process — from spotting the right opportunities to getting bids submitted on time.
What you'll do:
- Manage the complete GeM process — product listing, video assessment, catalogue management, and bid submission
- Track and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPP Portal, and other defence/government procurement platforms
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents, and represent IRS at pre-bid meetings
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and technology partners for quotations and compliance documents
- Keep track of deadlines, corrigendums, and bid status without missing a beat
- Put together company profiles, capability statements, and proposals
- Work closely with internal engineering and finance teams to pull together technical, financial, and statutory documents
Who we're looking for (must-have):
- Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech), with prior experience at an engineering products company
- Has personally listed engineering or robotics products on the GeM portal — not just observed the process
- Has independently handled tenders end to end: GeM video assessment, product listings, pre-bid meetings, and submissions
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Organized, self-driven, and able to own the tender process without hand-holding
Good to have:
- Experience in defence, aerospace, drones, robotics, or government sales
Experience: 1–6 years
Salary: ₹40,000–45,000/month
