Fast & Reliable Services Pvt. Ltd. (Fryble) is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering and bid management activities. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documentation, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal teams for successful submission of government and private-sector tenders across Solar EPC, MEP, and Interior Fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, MSTC, State e-Procurement portals, and other bidding platforms.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, eligibility criteria, and tender specifications.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate EMD, Bank Guarantees, DSC management, and other compliance requirements.
- Submit bids on online portals within stipulated timelines.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and manage post-submission follow-ups.
- Maintain records of active, submitted, and upcoming tenders.
- Work closely with engineering, costing, accounts, and management teams to ensure accurate bid preparation.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, MSTC, and State e-Procurement portals.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, PQC, BOQ, and commercial terms.
- Excellent documentation and compliance management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and submissions simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in Solar EPC, O&M, AMC, MEP, Construction, or Interior Tendering will be preferred.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate (B.E./B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, MBA, M.Com, or equivalent).
- 2–4 years of proven experience in Tendering, Bidding, or E-Procurement roles.
- Prior experience in Solar, MEP, Construction, or Interior projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work full-time from the Gurugram office.
