We're Hiring | Presales (Tender) Executive

DroneVerse is looking for a Presales (Tender) Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in Government Tendering, GeM, CPP Portal, Defence Procurement, and Pre-Sales, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Manage GeM, CPP, and Defence procurement portals.
- Screen and identify relevant tenders.
- Prepare and submit RFI/RFP/Tender documentation.
- Verify eligibility criteria and bid compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for bid preparation.
- Maintain tender documentation and MIS.
- Support business development and presales activities.
- Prepare invoices and other bid-related documents.
Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in Tendering/Pre-Sales.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP, and Government/PSU bidding.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in the Drone, Defence, or UAV industry will be an added advantage.
