At Social Tribe we are growing with rapid pace, and we are looking for a Human Resource Executive who is ready to take this journey with us, while exploring, learning, innovating HR in a new way.
About what you'll do:
-Should be able to do the first 2 rounds of the interview after deep understanding of roles
- Be able to continuously source talent as social tribe grows
-Work with stakeholders to estimate resource need in advance
- identify and create partnerships with specific institutions that train skilled talent in SEO, performance marketing, website tracking and analytics
- ensure new members take test and pass the assessments
- ensure smooth onboarding of new resource
-ensure smooth exit for the employee as well as the organization
-Exit interview
-Weekly engagement activities for team
-Monthly team session
-Organize training programs with external vendors
-Work with internal resources to create internal training programs
-Monthly review calls with the employees to ensure they are on track with their goals
-Monthly review calls with the management team for performance management
-Internal training on soft skill development
What you'll need:
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working as HR(preferably in Marketing Agency)
- Good Understanding of HR area of work
- Good Understanding on Recruitment and hiring process
The present CTC for this role will be at RS 6 Lakh CTC all in hand
