Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, personnel records management, and coordination of employee benefits and payroll-related documentation. This full-time, on-site role, based in Jodhpur, will support HR policy implementation, assist with performance management processes, and help maintain compliance with applicable labor regulations. The specialist will respond to employee inquiries, support employee relations initiatives, and contribute to engagement, training, and retention programs. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hiring managers on recruitment activities, organizing interviews, managing offer and joining formalities, and preparing HR reports and dashboards. The role requires close coordination with management and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent, fair, and supportive workplace.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including core HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with HR Management and Personnel Management to handle staffing, records, and employee life-cycle activities.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to support policy development, communication, and administration.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate sound judgment, and support employee relations with a professional, unbiased approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior HR experience in retail, manufacturing, or similar sectors is preferred.
