Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Noida. The Human Resources Specialist will manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management processes. Daily responsibilities include administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits and payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines. The role involves handling employee queries, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and working closely with management to address personnel issues and workforce planning. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen HR processes, improve employee experience, and contribute to a structured, data-informed HR function.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR operations.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including employee lifecycle management, performance support, and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Experience in a data-driven or marketing/technology-focused environment is beneficial.
