Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for teams across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating benefits and payroll information, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations. The role involves partnering with managers to address personnel issues, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and facilitating training and development programs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with leadership and employees to maintain a positive, high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, including communication, enrollment support, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including handling employee relations, performance issues, and workforce planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on fairness and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and basic data reporting for HR metrics and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven industrial environment.
