π We're Hiring: HR Specialist! π
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration. The HR Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a seamless employee experience from hire to exit by managing HR transactions, coordinating benefits programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role plays a critical part in HR Shared Services, supporting employees, managers, and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence.

What You'll Do:
π― Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience from hiring through separation
π Prepare and process employment contracts, HR documentation, employee lifecycle transactions, and maintain accurate HRIS records
π€ Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, Facilities, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure operational readiness and service excellence
πΌ Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, renewals, terminations, and employee support
π Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, company policies, and support internal and external audits
π Generate HR operational reports and dashboards, monitor onboarding, offboarding, and benefits metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvements
π Support HR case management, respond to employee inquiries, prepare HR documents and employment verifications, and escalate complex HR matters when required
π Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting HR system enhancements, developing SOPs, maintaining process documentation, and improving the overall employee experience
What We're Looking For:β
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
β
HR certification or related professional training is an advantage
β
2β4 years of HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Administration experience
β
Demonstrated experience in onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
β
Experience working with HRIS, employee records management, and HR case management systems
β
Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and service delivery standards
β
Knowledge of labor laws, employee records management, and data privacy requirements
β
Experience supporting employees and managers in a high-volume or shared services environment is preferred
β
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
β
Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
β
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
β
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
β
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
