About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build long-term relationships with premium matrimonial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle premium matrimonial clients and understand their matchmaking requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Guide clients through our matrimonial services and provide personalized solutions.
- Manage client portfolios and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Handle negotiations, objections, and client concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the matchmaking team to deliver a smooth client experience.
Requirements
- Matrimonial industry experience is preferred.
- Candidates without matrimonial experience must have strong sales experience, preferably in premium sales, relationship management, or client servicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to handle premium clients with empathy and discretion.
