Company Description Our brand was founded by Sahaj Chopra and Sahil Arya, whose passion for New Delhi’s culinary heritage inspired a modern celebration of Mughlai cuisine. Their journey through the old city, sampling classics like Nawabi lamb chops, old Delhi-style butter chicken, and sizzling kebabs, led to a deep appreciation for the stories and traditions behind each dish. The brand is built on the idea that food is not only flavor, but also memory, culture, and shared experience. Today, this philosophy guides everything we do, from menu creation to guest service, as we bring the magic of “puraani dilli” to contemporary diners.
