💼 About the Role
We are looking for a Dental Clinical Sales Manager with experience in dental/clinical equipment sales and strong interaction with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
🔧Preferred Product / Equipment Experience
Candidates with hands-on sales experience in any of the following products/equipment will be preferred:
Dental Chairs / Dental Units
CBCT
OPG
RVG / Dental X-Ray
Intraoral X-Ray
Ultrasonic Scalers
Dental Curing Lights
Dental Compressors & Suction Systems
Dental Micromotors & Handpieces
Other Dental / Clinical Healthcare Equipment
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals and dealers
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Promote dental and healthcare equipment solutions
Manage dealers/distributors and strengthen channel relationships
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements
Handle negotiations, follow-ups and sales closures
Maintain regular reporting and CRM updates
👤 Candidate Profile
• 1–5 years of experience in Dental Equipment / Clinical Equipment Sales
Strong experience in B2B/B2C healthcare equipment sales
Existing network with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals or dealers will be an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
