Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor – Sales/Edtech role based in Rohini. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, including initial inquiry handling, needs assessment, and program recommendation aligned with their academic and experiential backgrounds. The role involves conducting counseling sessions, explaining course structures, eligibility, fees, and timelines, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM. The counselor will follow up with leads, nurture prospective learners, and support them in completing applications and documentation, while meeting individual and team sales and enrollment targets. The role also includes collaborating with the counseling and academic teams, participating in outreach activities, and providing a positive, learner-centric experience from first contact to enrollment.
Qualifications
- Contact prospective customers through inbound leads follow up on calls and emails (leads are provided).
- Converting the leads via Outbound calls.
- Explaining the services and converting the provided leads into Sales.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
