Role Description The Program Counselor will work full time on-site at the Noida location, guiding prospective learners through the process of understanding and enrolling in Imarticus Learning programs. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves engaging with inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, explaining program features, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes, and helping individuals choose the most suitable course. The counselor will maintain accurate records in CRM or similar systems, follow up with leads, and support learners from initial interest to successful enrollment. The role also includes coordinating with faculty and operations teams for batch schedules, orientations, and information sessions, as well as participating in events or outreach activities to generate interest in the programs. Success in this role requires a learner-centric approach, consistent communication, and a focus on meeting enrollment and satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess advisory and counseling skills, including the ability to understand learner goals, recommend suitable programs, and build trust-based relationships.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service skills, with comfort in handling inquiries, follow-ups, lead conversion, and after-enrollment support.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in using CRM or similar tools, maintaining accurate records, and managing schedules.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to address learner concerns and ensure a positive experience throughout the enrollment journey.
- Relevant experience in education counseling, admissions, training institutes, or EdTech environments is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a strong interest in education, training, or career development, is preferred.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment and willingness to work flexible hours as needed for program schedules or events is an advantage.
