Job details:
Company Description STFE Healthcare addresses costly systemic bottlenecks in U.S. patient transitions by enabling faster, safer, and more financially sound referral decisions. The company’s patented Spatio-Temporal Feasibility Engine (STFE) is a deterministic Clinical Decision Support middleware platform that transforms patient intake logic without replacing existing EHRs. Its lightweight, Zero-PHI architecture overlays current systems to audit unstructured hospital referrals against facility-specific operational constraints and Medicare CMS compliance rules. STFE Healthcare delivers instant, customized financial ROI metrics such as “Margin Rescued” and “Penalty Avoided” to support better operational decision-making. The organization is expanding its U.S. footprint and building strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities to implement zero-IT-integration Shadow Audits.
Role Description The Startup Mentor at STFE Healthcare is a full-time, on-site role based in Amaravati. This role involves guiding early-stage initiatives within the company, helping refine business models, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies for the STFE platform. The mentor will work closely with founders and functional leaders to structure business plans, improve financial projections, and ensure operational scalability. Daily activities include conducting mentoring and coaching sessions, reviewing sales approaches, providing feedback on strategic partnerships, and supporting the development of pilot programs with healthcare facilities. The Startup Mentor will also contribute to investor readiness, help articulate value propositions for prospective partners, and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
