Role Description The Process Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing training programs related to operational and process workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, developing training modules, and facilitating new hire and refresher training sessions for various teams. The role involves creating clear process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials that support consistent performance and compliance with company standards. The Process Trainer will monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, analyze performance data to identify gaps, and collaborate with process owners and managers to implement improvements. The role also requires strong coordination skills to manage training schedules, maintain training records, and ensure smooth onboarding and continuous learning for team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback.
- Experience delivering New Hire Training and refresher programs in an operational or process-driven environment.
- Strong Presentation Skills and facilitation capabilities for both small and large groups.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret performance metrics and identify process or skill gaps.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex processes in a clear and structured manner.
- Prior experience as a process trainer, corporate trainer, or in learning and development, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare, or dental products industries.
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and process owners.
- Proficiency in creating training content, including slide decks, job aids, SOPs, and e-learning materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in business, education, or healthcare-related fields is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
