CMA US Trainer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate CMA US Trainer to join our academic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US CMA concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, practical, and exam-oriented training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured training sessions for CMA US aspirants.
- Deliver comprehensive sessions covering CMA US syllabus and examination requirements.
- Explain complex accounting and finance concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and practice questions.
- Guide students in exam preparation, revision, and effective study strategies.
- Conduct assessments, mock tests, and performance evaluations.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Clarify students' academic doubts and provide one-on-one guidance when required.
- Stay updated with changes in the CMA US syllabus, examination pattern, and industry practices.
- Contribute to improving academic content, training methodologies, and student outcomes.
Requirements
- CMA US qualification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Cost Management, Financial Management, and related CMA US subjects.
- Prior experience in CMA US training/teaching is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to engage students and simplify complex concepts.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing finance professionals.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience along with training experience are encouraged to apply.
