Role Description The IELTS Trainer role at Aris Overseas is a full-time, on-site position based in Anand. The trainer will conduct IELTS preparation classes, deliver engaging lessons that cover all test modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking), and provide individualized feedback to help learners improve their scores. Daily responsibilities include planning and organizing lessons, assessing student performance through tests and practice sessions, and maintaining accurate records of progress. The trainer will also support students with exam strategies, facilitate doubt-clearing sessions, and collaborate with counseling staff to ensure a seamless learning experience aligned with students’ study-abroad goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching.
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of IELTS format, assessment criteria, and exam strategies.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience as an IELTS or English language trainer is highly beneficial.
- Relevant certification in TEFL/TESOL or similar qualifications is an advantage.
- Ability to engage diverse learners, manage classrooms effectively, and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and a learner-focused, inclusive teaching approach.
