We are hiring a Payroll Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing. The candidate should be well-versed in payroll calculations, reimbursements, investment proofs, and income tax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned clients/employees
- Handle salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and arrears
- Verify investment declarations and proofs for tax computation
- Understanding of income tax calculations
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory laws
- Handle employee payroll-related queries professionally
- Prepare payroll MIS reports and statutory working files
- Coordinate with Client & team members.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and taxation
- Experience in reimbursements and investment proof verification
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High attention to accuracy and timelines
