Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
✅ Maintain employee records, HRMS, and HR documentation.
✅ Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and compliance activities.
✅ Support recruitment by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
✅ Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
✅ Prepare HR reports and ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
What We're Looking For
✔ 1–3 years of experience in HR Specialist or Generalist HR.
✔ Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
✔ Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
✔ A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
