Job Description – Event Sales Manager
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Event Sales Manager to drive business growth across live events, artist bookings, corporate shows, weddings, college festivals, brand activations, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the event and entertainment industry and the ability to independently generate and close business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for live events, artist bookings, and entertainment projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, event agencies, brands, wedding planners, colleges, and other clients.
- Pitch artists for live performances, brand campaigns, endorsements, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Source and close brand deals and partnerships for artists.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and commercials to maximize revenue.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of confirmed projects.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the event and entertainment industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in event sales, artist bookings, and entertainment business development.
- Experience in securing brand deals, sponsorships, and artist partnerships is highly preferred.
- Strong network within the events, entertainment, and brand ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
