Role Description The Counselor Health Care – GCC Prometric will guide healthcare professionals through the full Prometric exam and licensing process for GCC countries, providing accurate information on requirements, timelines, and documentation. This full-time on-site role in Kochi involves conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, assisting with exam registration and application submission, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of GCC healthcare regulations and licensing procedures. The counselor will support candidates in selecting appropriate exams, preparing essential documents, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining organized records of candidate progress, following up on pending applications, and ensuring clear, professional communication at every stage.
Qualifications
- Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to guide candidates through exam, licensing, and migration processes for GCC healthcare roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in documentation, data entry, and basic office software, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of GCC healthcare systems, Prometric exam procedures, and regulatory requirements, or willingness to learn these quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple candidate cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in healthcare, HR, or counseling is an advantage.
- Prior experience in HR consultancy, overseas education, healthcare recruitment, or licensing support is preferred.
- Demonstrated ethical conduct, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive candidate support.
