The Mechanical Designer will be responsible for developing detailed mechanical designs and engineering drawings to support product development and manufacturing. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining CAD models, preparing engineering documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in design reviews, supporting prototype development, and ensuring designs meet functional, quality, and manufacturing requirements.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, Catia or equivalent CAD software.
Experience in mechanical design, machine design, and preparation of manufacturing drawings.
Working knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to interpret engineering standards and produce high-quality technical documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
