Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghar for Project Engineering Professionals in the pharma industry, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Safety, Purchase, and Stores domains. On a day-to-day basis, professionals will plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects for pharmaceutical facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising installation and maintenance of equipment, managing utilities and infrastructure, and overseeing safety practices across project sites. Team members in Purchase and Stores will handle vendor management, procurement of engineering materials, inventory control, and timely availability of project resources. All professionals will contribute to continuous improvement, cost optimization, and adherence to timelines to support reliable manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Project Planning skills, including experience in executing engineering projects in industrial or pharmaceutical settings.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to handle scope, timelines, resources, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills for roles focused on power distribution, utilities, equipment installation, and maintenance.
- Relevant skills in mechanical, civil, and safety engineering, as well as experience in purchase, stores, or materials management, will be beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields) or relevant technical qualification in safety, purchase, or stores is preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical plant operations, GMP guidelines, and regulatory compliance will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Palghar, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to quality and safety standards is required.
