About the RoleKKB Talent Network is hiring US IT Recruiters on behalf of one of our clients in Hyderabad. We are looking for experienced recruiters with strong knowledge of the US staffing industry who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder and other platforms.
- Handle W2, C2C and 1099 hiring.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Negotiate rates with candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to close open positions.
Required Skills- 3–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, US Citizen).
- Experience in W2, C2C and 1099 hiring.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Location: Boduppal, Hyderabad (Onsite)
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
- Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
- Benefits: Leave Encashment & Bonus
