Job Description
We are looking for an experienced US Staffing Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end US recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for Life Sciences, Medical Device Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Biotechnology, and related engineering/manufacturing domains. Candidates with US IT Staffing experience are also encouraged to apply, though Life Sciences recruitment experience will be given preference.
The candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete US recruitment lifecycle for both contract (W2, C2C, 1099) and full-time (Direct Hire) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End US Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates for client requirements.
- Handle W2 hiring of OPT,H1, GC and USC Consultants.
- Maintain quality, turnaround time, and submission metrics.
- Understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
- Participate in daily team meetings, recruitment tracking, and reporting.
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Boolean search, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring client requirements.
- Proactively identify passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct detailed screening calls to evaluate technical skills, experience, work authorization, communication, and cultural fit.
- Assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
- Present well-qualified candidates to Account Managers and Hiring Managers.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, TN, EAD, OPT/CPT).
- Experience working with job portals and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in US shift timings.
Preferred Profile
- Life Sciences, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing recruitment experience preferred.
- Candidates with US IT Staffing experience may also apply.
- Experience working with implementation partners / Prime Vendors is an advantage.
- Strong exposure to contract hiring.
- Immediate or early joiners preferred.
