🚀 We're Hiring: US IT Recruiter with Bench Sales Experience!
Are you an experienced US IT Recruiter who can also handle Bench Sales? If you're passionate about US staffing and looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
📍 Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
🕒 Shift: US Night Shift
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Requirements:
✅ Hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment and the complete recruitment lifecycle
✅ Proven experience in Bench Sales (marketing H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants)
✅ Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, Full-Time, and US visa classifications
✅ Experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, Tier-1 Vendors, and Implementation Partners
✅ Expertise in sourcing through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, and other job portals
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
