We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, submitting, and placing IT professionals for Direct Client,and W2 requirements.

d𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 2–4 Years
𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞?
• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.
• Work on Direct Client, W2 requirements.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Negotiate pay rates and submit qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates/clients.
• Validate visa status and work authorization.
• Maintain ATS/database and achieve recruitment targets.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
🔹 2–4 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
🔹 Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
🔹 Good understanding of IT technologies and US visa statuses.
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
🔹 Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
