Technical Skills required:
- Strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills related to solar inverters and energy systems.
- Solid Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve electrical and system-level issues.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, installers, EPC partners, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, power electronics, and basic electrical safety standards.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of solar inverters or related power equipment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, travel to customer locations as needed, and manage service tasks independently.
- Familiarity with service documentation, reporting tools, and basic computer skills.
