Company Description Jash Mechatronics is an importer and supplier of used Die mould 5 axis milling (Gantry type Bridge type) machines, 5 axes & 2D laser CNC machines based in Pune, Maharashtra. The company focuses on providing cost-effective, high-performance industrial machinery to Aeronautical, Die-mould, Earth move manufacturing and fabrication businesses. As part of its services, Jash Mechatronics supports customers with Mechanical Reconditioning / refurbishment, installation, maintenance, and technical guidance for above machines and Retrofitment of Siemens, Fagor, Fanuc CNC systems across India, Team members work closely with clients across Pan India region, helping them optimize machine performance and reliability. The organization offers a practical, hands-on environment for individuals interested in 5 axes simultanious milling machines reconditioning, retrofitment & servicing.
Role Description: The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position located mainly Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru (residence Engineer), Hyderabad, ‘Sambhaji Nagar, Nagpur, Jamshedpur Etc., area. The Engineer will perform m/c reconditioning, installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of CNC machines at customer locations. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing repairs, and providing field service support to ensure minimal downtime. The role involves responding to service requests, documenting work performed, and coordinating with internal teams to secure parts and technical resources. The Service Engineer will also communicate clearly with customers, offer basic operator training, and promote safe, efficient machine usage.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site visits and customer-facing support.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities, including issue diagnosis and resolution guidance.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for CNC, laser cutting, and milling machines or similar industrial equipment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and diagnostic reports; familiarity with CNC controls is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel pan India and work in industrial environments.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and best practices in machine handling and servicing.
- Prior experience in machine tools reconditioning / services, industrial automation, or laser equipment servicing is preferred.
