Goose Industrial Solutions, a Siemens Authorized System Integrator for dairy & food processing automation, is looking for a Resident Service Engineer to support our MILMA Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram AMC accounts.
What you'll do:
🔹 Attend online & offline service calls at MILMA Kollam, MILMA TVM, and other allotted dairy/client sites
🔹 Troubleshoot PLC/SCADA, instrumentation, and electrical faults independently
🔹 Handle automation, instrumentation & electrical work across dairy plant utilities
🔹 Provide night-time/on-call support to minimize production downtime
🔹 Maintain service reports and daily activity logs
🔹 Travel to other MILMA/Goose sites as directed when not on active assignment
What we're looking for:
✅ Hands-on troubleshooting experience with PLC/SCADA & electrical panels (Siemens preferred)
✅ Working knowledge of CIP systems, pasteurizers & dairy utility equipment
✅ Comfortable working independently, including night/on-call situations
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Willingness to reside near the plant location and travel as required
Good to know:
This is a production-support role for a continuously operating dairy plant — Saturday & Sunday are working days (compensatory leave available on weekdays). It's a full-time, exclusive engagement with Goose.
