About the Role
XR Marketing is looking for an SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage both SEO and paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on organic growth, lead generation, conversions, and measurable performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage On-Page, Technical, Local, and Off-Page SEO.
- Conduct SEO audits and identify technical issues.
- Manage quality backlink and link-building activities.
- Optimize website content, internal linking, metadata, and structure.
- Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Improve organic visibility, qualified traffic, and leads.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Develop lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Manage audience and keyword targeting.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Implement conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns based on lead quality and business results.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Technical, On-Page, Local, and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience in keyword research, SEO audits, and link building.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.

Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO and Performance Marketing.
- Experience managing real SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field is preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical experience may also be considered.
