Vast N Vibe is a full-service marketing agency helping brands achieve measurable growth through strategy, social media, content creation, performance marketing, and UGC.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, analyze, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to improve ROI and conversions.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Track key metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of PPC, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical thinking and good communication skills.
- Agency or multi-brand experience will be an added advantage.
