Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and hands-on experience in Meta Ads to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and growth. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads.
● Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creatives to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and continuous A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
● Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
● Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking tools.
● Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and present performance reports with recommendations for growth.
● Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages.
● Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization, ad copy generation, performance analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.
● Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging AI-driven marketing practices to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
● 2 - 6 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
● Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory).
● Good experience with Meta Ads Manager.
● Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
● Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Should have strong communication skills in Telugu and English, with the ability to understand and communicate effectively with Telugu-speaking audiences.
● Must be able to read, write, and speak Telugu & English.
