Job description:
About the role:
We are an AI SaaS startup launching a new product in late September. We're looking for an expert B2B digital marketer, based in Hyderabad, to own and run our entire growth engine end to end — paid advertising, content, organic social, cold outreach, and a conversion funnel — and generate a steady flow of trial signups and inbound inquiries from our target business customers.
This is a senior, expert, in-office role — not a learn-on-the-job one. You must already know the full B2B SaaS growth playbook and be able to run every part of it independently. We will give you the product, the target customer (ICP), the positioning, and the sales materials. You are the marketing expert: you recommend and drive the approach across channels, ads, and funnel — you tell us the best way to reach these buyers, then you build and run it. We are not looking for someone we need to train; we're looking for someone who tells us how it's done and executes it at a high level.
Because our founder is based in the US, you will also be our on-ground presence in India — including representing the product in person at design-partner and customer meetings.
Your mission (next 8–10 weeks)
Build and warm up the complete growth machine now so it is firing the day we launch. Your goal: generate a consistent flow of qualified trial signups and inbound inquiries from our target buyers — the pipeline that becomes our design partners and early customers. (The founder leads the sales/design-partner conversations; you create the opportunities and support the meetings.)
What you'll own (end to end)
1. Full-funnel growth strategy & execution — own the marketing plan across all channels; recommend the strategy, then run it. Design the full funnel: awareness → click → landing page → free-trial signup / inquiry → handoff to founder.
2. Paid advertising & performance marketing (the "360" campaigns) — plan, launch, and optimize coordinated paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) so prospects see us across search, social, and video. Build retargeting/remarketing funnels. Manage the ad budget for return (ROAS/CPL/CAC); test creatives, audiences, placements; scale what works. Set up conversion tracking and pixels.
3. Content & video production — produce marketing videos from scripts and demo recordings (hooks, explainers, demo walkthroughs, teasers, founder clips): edit, caption, thumbnail, format per platform. Create written content, graphics, and ad creative.
4. Organic social & distribution — build and grow LinkedIn and YouTube (and other channels); publish consistently through the runway to build an audience before launch.
5. Cold outreach & email campaigns — run cold email at scale via Apollo.io; set up infrastructure correctly (dedicated domains, warm-up started immediately, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sending limits, deliverability monitoring); write and A/B test sequences; route interested leads to the founder.
6. Lead list building & enrichment — build targeted lists with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, segmented to our ICP; enrich, verify, keep clean.
7. Funnel, landing pages & conversion optimization — build and optimize landing pages and trial-signup / inquiry capture; run CRO / A/B tests to lift conversion at each stage.
8. Marketing automation & nurture — set up nurture/drip sequences and lead scoring so leads are warmed and prioritized before they reach the founder.
9. Analytics, tracking & attribution — instrument the full funnel and all channels; know which channel/campaign drives which signups; deliver a weekly report (spend, reach, clicks, CPL, signups, inquiries, deliverability) with recommendations.
10. Lead handoff — pass every qualified trial signup and inquiry to the founder promptly, with source and context.
11. In-person meeting & demo support — attend design-partner and customer meetings in person (primarily in India) once they're set, to demonstrate the product and represent the company on the ground while the founder joins remotely or leads. Be professional, presentable, and confident presenting a software product to business buyers.
Who you are (must-haves — comprehensive)
- 3–5+ years hands-on B2B digital marketing / demand generation, ideally B2B SaaS or tech.
- Proven end-to-end ownership of a growth engine — paid ads, retargeting, cold email, content/video, organic social, funnels, automation, and analytics. The whole machine, not one slice.
- Expert in paid performance marketing — Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads — including audience building, retargeting, budget/ROAS management, and conversion tracking.
- Expert in cold-email outbound at scale — Apollo, deliverability, domain/inbox warm-up, sequence writing, A/B testing.
- Strong lead-list building & enrichment (Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay).
- Strong content & video production — editing, captions, thumbnails, ad creative, graphics.
- Strong copywriting — ad copy, email copy, landing-page copy, social copy.
- Funnel building & CRO — landing pages, signup flows, A/B testing, conversion optimization.
- Marketing automation & nurture — drip sequences, lead scoring, CRM workflows.
- Analytics & attribution — GA4, tag manager, pixels, dashboards; can report which channel/campaign drives results, with recommendations.
- Track record of generating qualified B2B leads/signups at an efficient cost — bring numbers.
- Able to plan and run the whole engine independently AND advise the founder on the best approach — you lead the marketing craft.
- Client-facing and presentable — able to attend design-partner/customer meetings in person and demonstrate the product professionally.
- Based in / able to work on-site in Hyderabad, and able to travel locally for meetings.
- Excellent written and spoken English; self-driven; comfortable at startup pace; owns outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Understands pre-launch audience-building vs. hard selling; protects domain and ad-account reputation.

How we work
- The founder owns: product, ICP, positioning, messaging, sales materials, and leads the sales/design-partner conversations.
- You own: the full growth machine — you recommend the approach, build and run it, generate the leads, and support/demo at in-person meetings on the ground in India.
To apply, please answer:
- Describe a B2B growth engine you built end to end — channels (paid + organic + outbound), tools, budget, and results (leads/signups, CPL).
- How would you run a coordinated "360" paid campaign across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta for a B2B SaaS product — and how would you use retargeting?
- How do you set up cold email for strong deliverability, and how long does warm-up take?
- How would you build audience and demand for a product that launches in ~6–8 weeks, before it's available to buy?
- Are you comfortable attending client meetings in person in Hyderabad and demonstrating a software product? Describe any experience.
- Share your portfolio / examples of campaigns, ads, content, or funnels — with results.
We move fast and value expertise. If you're a proven B2B SaaS growth marketer in Hyderabad who can own this end to end, we'd love to talk.
