Senior Recruiter
Location: Bangalore, India
Build the future of innovation with NES Fircroft! We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore, connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations across Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Power, Renewables, and other high-growth industries.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Source and place top-tier professionals across IT and Non-IT roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional recruitment experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within Bullhorn ATS (preferred).
- Represent NES Fircroft at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies and industry regulations.
- Consistently achieve recruitment targets and KPIs.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping skills.
- Experience using ATS systems, ideally Bullhorn.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, energy, power, or renewables is advantageous.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality hires.
