About the Role
We are looking for an In-House Recruiter with strong HR experience to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and wants to play a key role in building and strengthening the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Drive offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
HR Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and other people-related initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Mid to Senior experience in recruitment and HR.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
