Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership, niche, and critical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience mentoring junior recruiters, and the ability to drive hiring within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle leadership, niche, and critical hiring requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior recruiters and interns.
- Ensure timely closures while meeting defined recruitment turnaround times (TAT).
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and talent mapping.
- Experience mentoring or guiding recruitment team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
