Job Description – Lead / Senior Recruiter | ALP Consulting
Experience: 2–5 Years | Hiring: IT & Non-IT
We are looking for a Lead / Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, team performance, and hiring requirements across assigned Business Units.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage recruitment requirements for assigned Business Units (BUs) and partner closely with hiring managers.
- Understand manpower requirements and drive hiring plans and closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the selection process.
- Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and joining follow-ups.
- Track recruitment performance through MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Drive process improvements to improve hiring quality, TAT, and candidate experience.
Desired Skills
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience with strong IT & Non-IT hiring exposure.
- Team handling and people-management skills.
- Strong Business Unit and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent sourcing, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and leadership abilities.
