Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with 5-8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience to drive talent acquisition initiatives across various business functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to offer roll-out and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and organizational culture.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring teams.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment metrics, ATS data, and candidate records are accurately maintained.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and support campus, diversity, and lateral hiring programs.
- Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and applicable employment laws.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, and networking channels.
- Experience handling mid-level and senior-level hiring across functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment reporting.
