CliniLaunch Research Institute is looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Connect with prospective students and healthcare professionals.
• Understand their career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Drive course enrollments through consultative sales.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions through CRM.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer queries and provide effective post-sales support.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales; EdTech experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in at least one South Indian language is mandatory.
• Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management.
