Role Description
- The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth for Endurance Immigration Services Pvt Ltd.
- Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, setting and monitoring targets, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs, presenting appropriate service offerings, and guiding them through the consultation process.
- The Sales Team Lead will coordinate with customer service and operations teams to maintain a smooth client experience, prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and support marketing initiatives.
- This position requires active participation in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and target achievement.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills for coaching, performance monitoring, and motivating sales staff.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, professional, and trustworthy client experience.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and optimize strategies.
- Experience in immigration consulting is an essential.
- Proven track record in a sales leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort with CRM tools and basic office software for managing leads and reporting.
