💼 Position: Relationship Manager – Sales
🎯 Experience: 1–6 Years
📍 Location: Sector 03, Noida
💰 Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (depending on interview & experience)
🚫 Freshers are not considered for this role
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Acquire new clients through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, referrals and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand client investment requirements and recommend suitable financial products
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Follow up with potential clients throughout the sales cycle
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve defined business targets
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1–6 years of experience in Sales, Mutual Funds or Wealth Management
✔️ Strong and aggressive sales mindset
✔️ Proven ability to achieve sales targets
✔️ Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
✔️ Good negotiation and closing abilities
✔️ Understanding of financial products and investment advisory
✔️ Ability to work in a target-driven environment
