Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients across SMC Group’s financial services, including brokerage, wealth management, and advisory offerings. Daily activities include engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial objectives, recommending suitable products and services, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution of transactions, resolving client queries, and monitoring client accounts to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The Relationship Manager is expected to maintain accurate records, comply with regulatory and company policies, and contribute to business development targets through proactive relationship management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management skills, including interpersonal communication, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, such as lead generation, negotiation, and the ability to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Candidates should possess financial and analytical skills, including basic understanding of capital markets, investment products, and the ability to interpret client portfolios.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, such as attention to detail, documentation, and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and problem-solving skills, including working effectively with internal teams and resolving client issues promptly.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in securities or financial advisory are an advantage.
- Prior experience in financial services, brokerage, wealth management, or banking relationship roles will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, along with good written and spoken communication skills in English and local languages, is desirable.
