Role Description The Associate Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail and small business customers. Daily activities include engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their banking and credit needs, and recommending suitable products such as deposits, loans, and other financial services. The role involves supporting account opening, documentation, and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Associate Relationship Manager will track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and coordinate with branch and operations teams to deliver timely, high-quality service. The role also requires monitoring portfolio health, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and contributing to branch-level sales and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to understand and respond to diverse financial needs.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, cross-selling, and achieving branch or individual targets.
- Sound knowledge of retail banking products, such as savings and current accounts, deposits, loans, and digital banking services.
- Basic understanding of credit assessment and documentation processes for segments like agriculture, MSMEs, mortgages, and personal finance.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident in-person interactions.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for handling documentation, compliance checks, and transaction processing.
- Comfort with banking software and digital tools, and the ability to adopt new systems and processes quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
- Integrity, ethical conduct, and a customer-centric mindset aligned with the bank’s values of trust and progress.
