Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and expanding client relationships in wealth management. In this role, the individual will engage with existing and prospective clients, understand their financial goals, and recommend suitable investment products and solutions across the firm’s offerings. Day-to-day activities include regular client meetings, portfolio reviews, responding to client queries, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery. The Relationship Manager will also track market developments, prepare client proposals, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and contribute to business growth through new client acquisition and referrals. Success in this role requires a client-centric approach, strong follow-through, and consistent documentation of interactions and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and address diverse financial needs.
- Sound knowledge of investment and wealth management products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, and related market concepts.
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and presentation skills to drive client acquisition and retention in a professional, ethical manner.
- Analytical and research abilities to evaluate products, interpret market trends, and support informed client recommendations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, follow up systematically, and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software for reporting, analytics, and client communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., NISM, CFP) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in wealth management, banking, financial advisory, or investment sales is preferred.
- Commitment to regulatory compliance, ethical selling practices, and maintaining client confidentiality.
