We are looking for a passionate HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. If you enjoy sourcing top talent, engaging with candidates, and closing positions efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.
📍 Location: DLF Towers, Moti Nagar, New Delhi
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
- Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports.
- Achieve hiring targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Job Hai.
Preferred Skills
- Consultancy recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Experience in hiring for the Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
