Job Summary
All India Occult Science is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified professionals across academic, administrative, research, and spiritual/occult domains, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, Screening interviewing, and onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements for various roles IT and Non IT roles
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role-specific criteria
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Senior HR and other concerned Managers.
- Conduct HR interviews and initial assessments
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers daily (Mandatory)
- Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Required Skills & Competencies Core Recruitment Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience

- Sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, social media, networking)
- Resume screening & candidate evaluation
- Interviewing & assessment techniques

- Time management and multitasking
- Attention to detail
- Data tracking and reporting
- Problem-solving and decision-making
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
