About the Role
KinzaHR is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team in Mangaluru. This role will focus on managing end-to-end recruitment assignments for clients across the UAE and wider GCC markets, sourcing high-quality candidates, building talent pipelines, and delivering successful placements across various industries and functions.
Candidates with recruitment agency experience are strongly preferred, while prior UAE/GCC recruitment experience will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and qualification assessments.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future UAE/GCC requirements.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and selection process.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Manage offer discussions, salary expectations, counteroffers, notice periods, and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop strong candidate networks across assigned industries and functions.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide regular recruitment activity reports and pipeline updates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure all recruitment activities are updated in the ATS/database.
- Stay informed about UAE/GCC salary benchmarks, talent availability, hiring trends, and market conditions.
- Consistently achieve individual recruitment, placement, and performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency, staffing company, consultancy, or executive search firm.
- UAE or GCC recruitment experience is highly preferred.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, databases, and professional networks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Strong candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management, and market mapping.
- Target-driven, proactive, organized, and commercially minded.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven recruitment environment.
- Experience recruiting across Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Engineering, Construction, Healthcare, Hospitality, Professional Services, or other functions is an advantage.
